What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to design better products and services and to inform the discovery phase of our project build. We will synthesise your feedback with that of others but you or your organisation will not be directly named or attributed in in any public or private findings report.
We will not share any of this information outside of The Consultation Institute.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored, encrypted in a European data centre.
We keep personal information for the period of 12 months. We will then dispose your information by anonymising it.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
